In reality, copious amounts of butter and oil are added to hold the grains together and make it palatable, which is not good for weight loss.

I think yakka2's point is that fats are fine for weight loss.

Shit, I do it. The only overlap between paleo and weed that I see is excessive eating from the munchies. For me, it's about controlling the amounts of food that I eat when I'm high. Also, drinking water helps.
