EG Masters Cup: You're doing it right. THIS is how you do an inset. by devourerkwiin starcraft

It was at the beginning of a game as they were bantering back and forth. The inset disappeared not 30 seconds after I took this screencap and never came back.

F-22 and F-15 go vertical [950x1203] by ebmcclamin MilitaryPorn

It's simply more vertical than the F-15.

What are your opinions on messaging someone again after a long period of time? by devourerkwiin OkCupid

[–]devourerkwi[S] 0 points1 point ago

I think it only reports when you last contacted them, so it could get dicey, yeah. That's why I'm asking: In many cases it will be obvious and even with nothing to lose in terms of romantic opportunities I don't want to be a creeper and make anyone feel uncomfortable.

Green Day lets a kid play LEAD guitar on Jesus of Suburbia at a concert in Chicago! by LittleWallin videos

The reason power chords are used is because of the overtones created by the use of distortion and overdrive pedals. Adding in the third would create dissonant overtones that clash with the chord, while the open fifth creates overtones that fill in the third and extend the chord upwards.

Is it just me or do OKC girls seem shy/boring? by okconfusedin OkCupid

Dude. You've been here a week. Your problems just scream small sample size. Come back and complain after three solid months' data points.

But in general, flirting online is difficult; women in their early-to-mid twenties prefer men to be older than them; and lots of people are very different in person than online, so don't jump to conclusions about their real personalities.

And hence the OkCupid model: Not judging personality compatibility, but viewpoint compatibility. A high match percentage lets me know that a match generally will agree with me or that we will at least have generally mutually acceptable views; her match questions can show me any serious dealbreakers right from the get-go. That's what OkCupid compatibility is about and why I find it works pretty well.

Civil Rights March Washington DC 1963 [520x346] [OS] by Unclebeard2in HistoryPorn

[–]devourerkwi 15 points16 points ago

I did not compare the two. I opined that the OWS movement should emulate the Civil Rights movement's professionalism. The rest of what you said is every bit as childish as you accuse us of being, so I'm going to leave it at that. Good day.

THIS is the kind of image OWS needs to project to have an impact. Organized, professional, and classy, all with a simple message: "Jobs for everyone now!" Tack on a line about corporate culpability and you're made in the shade.

She's a keeper! by eckmanjpin baseball

I'd stash her on my minor league roster until she's ready for a call-up to the bigs, if you know what I mean.

I'm 26, have Crohns, and have been considering enlisting. Am I automatically disqualified? by FirstInThoughtin CrohnsDisease

[–]devourerkwi 5 points6 points ago*

I'm in a similar situation (though not looking to enlist) and have always been told that I'm an automatic 4F (i.e., medically disqualified unless there is a something like a national emergency requiring an open draft and every person they can find).

I take the Garden of Life probiotic and have found it very good for me. I'll keep kombucha in mind if my situation changes, but as you can imagine, I'm wary of rocking the boat when I'm so wonderfully stable. Glad it works well for you! :D
