I can imagine. The whole concept so enraged me just reading it. I can understand increasing the cost of something like parking during certain times, after all you don't need to park to live but you do need water to live and we have all felt dehydrated on a hot day and the relief from a cold drink. If they ever released these machines I would have brought along a can of freeze spry and used it to trick the temp. sensor to bring the cost down to something like -$999.99. Fuck them.
