Pretty sure the phone will pop up on ebay for a few hundred dollars when the phone comes out in Japan, even then, some of the functions might be disabled if you use it with a carrier that isn't NTT Docomo. Also, they are only producing a limited amount of these phones. So yeah, it sucks.

Aniplex was established in September of 1995, Aniplex of America was established in May 2005, Funimation was founded in 1994. I'm pretty sure the establishment/founding of these companies had nothing to do with distributing rights gained during those years by Netflix.

EDIT: I don't mean it that way, the companies surely had everything to do with distributing rights gained by Netflix, just didn't mean the companies just started distributing these series in America in 2005/2006 based on your assumption that the companies were founded in those years.

This is around East Broadway in Manhattan, probably not a Chinese tourist, as that area is part of Chinatown, bridge behind it is the Manhattan Bridge.

Netflix has to gain the rights to stream these anime series, meaning making deals by paying them, etc. They probably only gained the rights to stream these specific anime titles from Aniplex and Funimation.

You are not screwed, you just need to find a way to put on some weight, like eat a lot or take whey protein to gain weight, keep in mind if you choose to take the whey protein, you need to work out too.
