I have Mirena, no kids, and don't want any ever. My original dr refused bc she thought i might change my mind about kids and was uncomfortable with the risk of infertility through complications, but she referred me to another dr within the clinic who would do it.

Some drs may choose not to if you have never given birth, or if they feel your cervix is too small.

I appreciate your point of OWS being heard, and i belive that young people in their 20s across the country are talking about OWS. But i gotta be honest, everyone I've talked to about it in my slightly older, middle class demographic in a decent-sized metro area has written the protestors off as nothing. Yes, Reddit's talking about it, but does that make any true impact?

Another option instead of deodorant is using a medium grit scrub post shave, in the shower, to reduce bumps and ingrown hairs. Facial scrubs work well, but avoid minty ones unless you like a cold tingle on your bits.

I'm guessing that statistic was taken dividing the number of abortions in x timeframe divided by the number of women in the US. One in three seems outlandish otherwise.

I like the idea of multiple naps rather than one long sleep; I don't know how people fit it in once they're done with college and have a full-time job though. I am guessing that is why most people sleep once a day?

Lamb and goat both; Americans aren't given the opportunity in many cases, or equate it to eating horsemeat which is considered dog food quality meat. But both are delicious when prepared well!

Once you've been in it for a bit, you know what tornado weather is like, so you know when to expect a warning, too. It's not like we sit around on a sunny day, and all the sudden an F5 jumps out of nowhere. There are really only a limited number of days where tornadoes are even likely to happen, and those are the days you watch the news or listen to the radio for warnings. But from what I've heard, what you have experienced is the phenomenon you're most comfortable with, whether that's earthquake, hurricane, or tornado. Me, I'd take tornado or hurricane over earthquake.

I've been wondering, why don't many homes have basements? It seems there are a fair number of areas within tornado territory that don't. In MN, almost every home is built with a basement; I am curious why that doesn't happen in other areas.
