Haha, I actually just stripped it off. Did a horrible job. I might try it with different colors, my purple selection is not as good as yours apparently... I'm thinking it might look good in yellow & orange!

When we got our cat as a kitten from a shelter, she came home with a knitted blanket she had her entire time there--she still loves it. She sucks on it, kneeds on it, and carries it around the house. I wash it by hand every couple of weeks. It's just a small rectangle done in garter stitch.
