So we just had our son two days ago. He only wants to eat for 15 mins from mommy at a time and then passes out. Sometime gets fussy and acts like he wants more after we burp and swaddle him. So my question is what should we do? Top him up with formula? Keep trying to breastfeed? Go straight to formula? He's also slightly jaundiced and likes his pacifier, but we really don't want him to get too used to it.

Thanks for any help. We really just want to make sure our little guy is growing and getting the right nutrition!

So I haven't built a pc in about ten years, and started doing research on /buildapc to get myself caught up. I'll give details of what I'd like to do, and I'm really look forward to getting the community's input

My primary goal is to play games like Witcher 2, Dawn of War 2, Metro 2033, Stalker, and Shattered Horizon in at least 1920x1080 resolution
System should be as quiet as possible. A mid tower or miniATX preferred
I don't plan to overclock or do CrossFire/SLI
I'm only going to use a single monitor
It would nice to find an attractive case, but now I'm being picky. I'd rather it be quiet

I've read a lot of BAPC posts, and cribbed together a list of components.

Case - Cooler Master HAF 912

Motherboard - MSI P67A-GD65

CPU - Intel Core i5 2500k

PSU - SeaSonic X750 Gold 750W

GPU - XFX HD-695X-ZNFC Radeon HD 6950 1GB

RAM - CORSAIR XMS3 4GB (2x 2gb) DDR3 1600

HDD - Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB

Optical Drive - Samsung SH-233

CPU Cooler - I really don't know what to do here. Are there coolers that don't require me to use thermal paste to attach it?

Wireless Card - Again, I'm not sure what I need here. I'm currently running an 802.11g airport network

So, I've got some questions:

Do I need motherboard risers for this case
What's the difference between GPU models, as applied to the Radeon 6950? Any particle thing I should be looking for?
Do I need additional case fans for this configuration? I saw a config on BAPC with the Cooler Master Megaflow system, not sure if that is only important for overclocking
Do I need a dedicated sound card? I won't be doing more than stereo speakers or headphones for now.

Hey there. Yeah, I forgot to mention that. I've got 4 gigs. The requirements say 1.5 gig for XP and 2 gigs for Win 7. The requirements also call for a video card with 512megs, and mine is 256, so you might be able to get by.

FYI, I was worried about this too. I'm able to run it on a three year old iMac with Bootcamp and Win XP. The video card is only an ATI 2600 XT, which is really a laptop card. I had to turn down the resolution but the game is very playable, just not pretty.

How about a dogfort variant based on hipsters? Easy target, lots of available images. Find a hipster hiding behind a white picket fence or something, and another one wearing a stupid hat with an ironic mustache (how's this?), and instead of being in a war with cats, they'd just get involved with blase bullshit.
