Music has helped me in many respects, which is why I think it is so important for children to play an instrument. It teaches discipline, attention to detail, stage presence, how to gracefully take criticism, and much much more. It may seem strange, but being a musician is actually really similar to being a dog trainer, and practicing one helps develop skills for the other.

More people need to realize that dieting is very individual, and you can't control what others eat. My diet is very different from yours, but guess what, we do what works for US. I really commend you because I know that I could never just eat 1/2-1/3 of what I would have normally eaten, so I had to actually change the food I eat. Different strokes for different folks! I know it's hard, but try not to let other people get to you, just keep chugging along!

I had the same trouble getting my CBR out of my tragus. If you can, get some rubber/latex gloves, it'll help you get a grip on the ring. Then you need to twist the ring so there is enough space to get it around your tragus. If all else fails, go to a piercer and they should be able to do it really quick. I still have a piercer change my tragus jewelry because it's so damn awkward to do myself.

I feel ya! I got my tragus and helix done at a fantastic specialty body piercing studio in my hometown, but have since moved. The area I live in now has NOTHING reputable. The other day I went to the tattoo and piercing shop that had the best reviews for the area to get my tragus jewelry changed. I will not be going back (although the super cute girl that changed my jewelry would almost be worth it...)

I take night showers too! I wish that my routine was a bit faster though, especially at night. I wash my face, remove my eye makeup, put on lotion, acne medication, floss, brush, mouthwash, allergy medication, saltwater soaks for my piercings....Sometimes I feel like it takes forever just to get into bed!

I agree with this. I also think this is one of the many reasons that invisible fences are such a bad idea. So many people in my neighborhood leave their dogs out unattended inside the electric fence to develop all sorts of bad habits. Not to mention I'm never sure if this seemingly loose dog is going to charge at me and my dog walking, or if they're going to stop short as they reach the boundary.

If you're able, definitely bring your own lunch. That's the only way you can know for certain what is in the food. If you have to eat there, it's usually safe to get a cheeseburger without the bun, or possibly the taco salad without the chips/shell.
