If each player is required to submit their own roster it should never be an issue, as long as you just pick one champion from each roster.

Can each person on a team pick the same 25 champions?

If they're focusing down a tanky support while your team kill their AP/AD carry that you just swapped you're probably going to win the team fight.

Gorillaz - On Melancholy Hill by mmmaplein Music

[–]born_slippy_ 13 points14 points ago

Each of the Gorillaz albums seems to have one relaxed down-tempo song that are probably my favorite tracks of theirs.

Slow Country from their first self-titled album.

Don't Get Lost in Heaven from Demon Days.

And of course Melancholy Hill on Plastic Beach

Pedigree Dogs Exposed: BBC Doc examining the darker side of obsessive breeding standards in show dogs. by 18pctin Documentaries

You must have a skewed definition of healthy, selective breeding of dogs for thousands of years has significantly increased their risks for serious genetic disease.

Arguing with you is ridiculous because you seem to have no empathy for other living beings, made painfully obvious by your poisoned drinking water comment.

[–]born_slippy_ 1 point2 points ago

You're exactly what is wrong with humanity. Poisoning drinking water really?

Since you seem to know so much about the cruel practices of dog breeding I assumed I could lump you in their lot when I referred hypothetically taking the next step in the heartless practice you defend so much.

I'm not discussing working dogs, I'm discussing show dogs and the breeding practices that are used to create them. There is a difference between a symbiotic relationship between animals and inhumane abuse.

I get you. You love dogs but you see them as toys to be played without any respect for their dignity of life.

Why not take your dog breeding a step further, lets introduce genetic engineering, to make even more absurd creations. Then use plastic surgery to augment them even more and maybe dye their fur rainbow colors. Then we can all gather on a nice Sunday afternoon and watch them pathetically hobble around while giving each other ribbons for how much we can degrade them.

Now of course they will get sick from the side effects but we'll just pay vets to use the latest medical technology to keep them suffering as long as possible instead of just killing them as they would an injured fighting dog.

You don't have to know the details of dog fighting to know that it is wrong.

Again your level of reading comprehension is shameful, have you heard of anything called context?

I said showing and breeding go hand in hand in response to your question if only showing was immoral, I was saying that you can't separate the two when looking at dog shows.

You don't have to know all of the impertinent details to see just how disgusting it is what people do with their dogs.

Because you are okay with the type of behavior that dog shows promote.

If this documentary isn't about obsessive breeding what is it about?

You can't separate showing and breeding, they go hand in hand.

Maybe if you stopped writing such long verbose responses and actually read mines you wouldn't miss the point.

You seem to forget that they are living intelligent animals, not some objects to be cruelly manipulated into some distorted sense of beauty and then to be paraded in front of your friends to show them how good you are at playing god with the poor creatures.

Kennel clubs promote the idea that selective breeding and showing is a moral activity.

They do provide the framework for all of this to materialize.

Well it is shocking that an organization can breed deformed animals just for show and be so openly accepted in society, while it should be scorned like equally repulsive acts of animal cruelty like dog fighting.

How do we describe an indescribable God? by sobriquet_in PhilosophyofReligion

[–]born_slippy_ 0 points1 point ago

Perhaps my wording was a bit sloppy, what I am saying is that any description of god or Harry Potter as a real entity or being is not accurate to reality since they do not exist. The description is purely imagination, holding no accurate relation to something real.

I agree that it is a matter of perspective, but with science our view of the universe is constantly expanding, and we can see how insignificant and temporary we are in the scheme of things.

Few people even remember the teams that played in the first Super Bowls, the past is forgotten, only written down in books to recall whenever convenient. The few thousand years of civilized human existence is just a momentary blink in the time of the universe.

How does one care about events in a narrow current perspective when if looked from slightly afar the irrelevance of said events is painfully obvious?
