That's an important point. Believe it or not, on a normal day, if you groom yourself and walk on Tehran streets, there is a high chance that one of these crappy-looking Basij will arrest you. The retarded religious government, in a forced way, encourages people to dressed up like them (yes, that crappy style) and strongly opposes people who try to look good. That's why they never shave their beard.

Can one of you Americans explain this puzzle to me:

Google products are banned in Iran. If you try to download Google Earth or Google Talk with an IP from inside Iran you will end up with a page saying that this product is not available in your country. At the same time another American company, theplanet.com, helps identifying Iranian protesters by hosting.

Why is that the American products are banned for Iranian nation, but welcome to the fascist Iranian government?
