I don't think they're paranormal, but what are the rainbow lights in the bottom center of the photo? by barkbitchin Ghosts

I prefer rainbow vortexes from another dimension :-)

What do Christians say when confronted with stuff like this?

I'm Working on an Interactive Haunted Locations Map by DigitalGhostHunterin Paranormal

I think it's great too. The more locations, the better of course, and maybe a way to search by state or city?

for my birthday, i got to hold a tiger. by olive0508in aww

[–]barkbitch 1 point2 points ago

I went to a place like this in Thailand (Phuket Fantasy). The tigers were clearly famished because they wouldn't let go of the bottle for a second, even after being passed around to dozens of people. There was also a baby elephant in a gift shop and I've never seen a more stoned, miserable-looking animal. I truly hope the place in the photo really does care for the animals as you say.

Why I hate applying for jobs. by ColdCaulkCraigin funny

It's great this worked for you, but I think this approach would annoy the crap out of most managers. Was it a sales job? Most managers can barely be bothered to take calls for positions that are open.

That's when they ignore you or say they're still mulling things over. Bblah, blah, blah, barf.

[–]barkbitch 1 point2 points ago

Exactly. I made it a point to politely request a notification either way and after two or three interviews and a reference check I found out I didn't get the job when I saw the position reposted online. I later went to their LinkedIn page and saw a link to the new guy's personal Twitter account. He posted about how he couldn't wait to leave work for the day so he could drink. Nice.

I recently tried Greek yogurt and will never eat regular yogurt again. What's something you've tried that made you vow never to return to the original? by barkbitchin AskReddit

I suspected this. The bottle has a lot to do with it. I'm a Coke hipster.

I'm down with granola and brown rice, but bread is not something I'm prepared to give up.

I also hate drinking dairy milk, though I like it fine in cereal. Perhaps I'll try almond milk.

I've stated buying bottles of Coke in the Hispanic aisle. They use real sugar. Tastes good.

One time my husband took our two-year-old daughter to Wal-Mart to buy some groceries and a swimsuit. While he was examining a Dora the Explorer suit absolutely nothing happened. These stories amaze me.

What small, seemingly socially acceptable, thing has a tendency to piss you off to no end? by allthewrongwaysin AskReddit

My friend says "Oh sugar" instead of "oh shit" and the like. It drives me nuts.

My second day at a new job my MALE boss told me about he dug through his wife's blood clots to make sure she hadn't miscarried. Second day. I was pregnant at the time. His wife was also pregnant with twins. So....it's not just the ladies.

Yeah...I consider myself pretty adventurous but I would not ride that thing, especially in Russia.

What is the most strangest/bizarre/unexplainable thing that has ever happened to you? by abenjiain Paranormal

[–]barkbitch 1 point2 points ago

Nothing for me. Not a thing. It's a shame too because I'm such a ghost nerd. Ideally, I'd see something at a place other than my house. I don't think I could stand living in a home with weird stuff going on.

Probably because they're the only slightly weird looking things that show up on camera. If only ghosts would take a mirror shot or something.
