Wow, JaMarcus Russell let himself go... by Escobeezyin nfl

I think most people who watch WWE realize this and watch mainly for the entertainment factor.

Of course you also have the minority - kids aged 4-13 and jean tuxedo wearing Amuhhricans.

It's Poll Time - Who is going to win each division! by Saveyoselfin nfl

[–]atrollsatan 0 points1 point ago

He said it's the Eagles to lose, assuming that the Eagles can be consistent for an entire season.

To be fair though, that also applies to the Giants and the Cowboys. Whichever team can be consistent the longest wins the division.

What one rule would you change if you had the power? by smileymanin nfl

[–]atrollsatan 1 point2 points ago

That was Victor Cruz this year. And why not give yourself up if the defense is hard-hitting? One of the reasons the Giants managed to stay in the NFCC was because the receivers were falling to the ground and giving themselves up as soon as a defender was nearby.

And the Bears haven't proven themselves to be playoff worthy? They almost went to the Superbowl two years ago and their team has only gotten better.

The Lions have had one good year with an excellent offense and a mediocre defense (during which the Bears lost their quarterback and running back). It's not far from the truth to say the Bears could have won more games than the Lions if Cutler and Forte had remained healthy.

What NFL superstar (past or present), would be a nobody if he had landed on a different NFL team? by ezenbrowntownin nfl

[–]atrollsatan 7 points8 points ago

He's in the HoF mainly because of the exposure and legitimacy he gave to the AFL. He was a darn good quarterback for that era too.

They're not even the best team in their division (and they haven't yet passed a healthy Bears team into the 2 spot): how can they be a top 3 team?

I have OCD and need things to be symmetrical. What do you think of a red helmet to go along with their away uniforms? by T87in NYGiants

[–]atrollsatan 0 points1 point ago

I'd be favor of it only if our road reds weren't so bright. That helmet looks like a Giant red lollipop. If we change the numbers to blue it looks like the Cowboys. I understand that the two colors don't match and it looks pretty strange, but unless we make a drastic change to the color scheme, any change to the uniform would look unseemly.

Haha, actually, I'd say they peaked in the divisional round. The defense started losing focus against the 49ers, and was only average in the SB.

Seriously? Bradshaw has screws in his foot too. That's why he's always injured. To be fair, his playing style (lots of hard cuts) also messes with the screws.
