I was on keto the whole summer and fall, I lost like 50 lbs, I went from obese to normal weight. So I decided to stop keto and do Starting Strength. I ended up eating carbs again and a month in, I gained like 20 lbs. So I'm back on Keto to get back to my normal weight and then go work out when I'm at a good starting weight again.

What would you recommend me to do when I do get to my goal weight again. I want to be able to do a strict routine like Strong Lifts or Starting Strength, while not gaining too much FAT from working out?

I wish I could make all the muscle I could if I were eating like crazy while doing Starting Strength while losing all the weight I would while doing a strict keto diet.

Haha yeah. I drank a bunch of water and ate. I had to walk downstairs at 3 am to take some ibuprofen while my body was shaking haha.
