Try applying visine after shaving. It will reduce or even prevent the razor burn, I'm not sure if it will prevent the ingrown hairs.

Okay, high eeeeewwwww factor for this one: Customer returned a used tube of Vagisil, along with the applicator. They were...moist.

It's lovely that you are caring for her. FYI kittens should be fed in an upright position to prevent formula from getting in airway. Cats can't properly digest cow milk, it will give her diarrhea, which can be fatal for kittens.

Catch its interest with a toy. A shoelace will work if you don't have anything else. Once it is trying to catch the object, it may forget it is afraid and venture further from the bed in pursuit.
