I'm so sick of this shit. I just want to fucking break into the men in black base and steal one of the mind eraser flashs and use it on everyone to erase that shit about responsibilty towards some people an other people has hurt fucking decades ago.

As a german, I feel not the tinies bit of responsibilty to any of the people that were harmed during the nazi regime. Me and many generations before me had nothing to do with this shit anymore. I wouldn't treat anyone different just because I have a guilty feeling about his people inside of me (regarding the nazi regime).

So fuck you germans, fuck you jews, fuck you israelis, fuck you black,white,yellow,red,pink.blue,vermilion for fucks sake I don't care.

This stuff happened so long ago that we shouldn't give a fuck.

It's the same situation here in Germany. the turkish people all stick to the conventional standards and cultural things, women walk around all hidden or wearing a headscarf etc etc. where as in turkey most people just act all normal and aren't so picky about the religion or culture

The basic problem is that you cannot really make a manga in the japanese sense. it's simple: If you're not born in japan and live there for many many years, you won't know their habits, you cannot brnig in the japanese style, feeling whatsoever. because you were raised different, have a different status, the culture might be completely differen.t

artists from other countries than japan will never be able to bring that certain feeling into a manga no matter how hard they try unless they spent some years in japan.

You see I don't blame them for trying to imitate or fake a manga. I just say they won't be able to do that, because we read manga and think "so to make a manga you have to make big eyes, funny expressions, huge teardrops when he's ashamed" etc etc. but we don't feel it, we're just imitating.

TL;DR: Artists from other countries cannot make a "real" manga because of cultural differences.

i agree as i stated in my own post. but there is also the live action movie ending that satisfied me and the alternate chapter ending that came out a couple of months later with light having won, ruling the world til his death and then becoming a shinigami reexperiencing all the deaths he has caused...somehow I like that better even though I am a Light Fan.

Death note. Definetly. I love the story. although it drops a bit after L's death.

But that neither Light nor L won, but that fag Near really bothers me. Regardless of that near and Mello represent L it's no victory to me for either of them.

I was cheering on Light all the time. I would have also been cool with L's victory cuz he's just awesome but this...no fuck that shit. However the ending of the Death Not live action movies rule, cuz there are no near or mello.

I have never been a fan of Bleach. I knew from the start that this manga had no big potential. it was only fighting and shit. of course as a shonen battle action manga that was a good thing but to me fighting is only 60% of a shonen manga. It lacked story so fucking big time that it hurt. It was just a jump from arc to arc, now continously storyline like One Piece, no final aim, nothing.

Now everyone I know who was into Bleach has completely stopped reading it.

Depends on how deep I'm into the series. Let's say one of the big mainstream mangas would go on Hiatus now, like my fav of life time "One Piece" I would go beserk. i can't really live without one piece it just has become a routine, a part of my life like drinking a cup of coffee in the morning I read the weekly chapter. One Piece was always there since I can remember (started to watch it in my country at age 11 or 12). I don't know what to do when it will end someday...

I'm really pissed about Deadman Wonderland at the moment. Of course prgenancy is a valid excuse, and I don't rage about the team for that, it just happens. But I really got into that series. I found it at the beginning of the year where it had about 50 chapters or so. I'm freaking out about this!
