Yeah, his car happens to have a chain for the timing system. He was trying to tell BimmerAddict to watch the timing chain guides as it is a common point of failure for his year make and model. My caddy uses a belt. Kind of like how the 2004 3.6l CTS uses a chain while my 2003 3.2l uses a belt. Just depends on the engine type really.

Same here my CTS just hit 100K and im doing the T-Belt, water pump, rotors and pads, and the rack and pinion. All this cost me about $600 is parts and im about to have a shop install most of it for about $700. So that $1300 for what would have been a $2500+ dealership job. 100K maintenance for any car isnt cheap, for some reason shit just hits the fan around that mileage, but if you look in the right places and buy your own parts you can lessen the blow to your wallet. Plus I do a lot of my own work, im doing the Rotors and pads myself.

I agree storing corporate mail on google servers is probably a huge security issue. However you should probably have a gmail setup for emails that you need to prove you are not guilty of something should the hammer fall. Also worst comes to worst there is flash drive solutions. Just back up your emails to an 8gb flash drive once a day.

Oh and by the way, there is no way in hell im going to fill up 10,249 MB for a long long time even emailing 50 emails a day and small attachments here and there. Simply clean it up once a month problem solved.
