My future sister-in-law has been at goal about a month and is now pregnant...any advice or help I can give her to stay on target?

Yeah, I haven't met anyone who has lost as much a I did without a major problem. I joke to my husband that we need to have about 5 kids and I'd never have to diet again!

That's pretty much my view on it, I just have never heard of anyone not celebrating Thanksgiving, unless it was a statement about the treatment of Native Americans, and even then I haven't MET a person who has that view.

I lost a lot of weight while pregnant. A LOT. I didn't gain any till about a month before I went into labor. I lost 40lbs, gained it and 10 more. I walked out of the hospital after delivery weighing 15lbs lighter than before I got pregnant. My son was almost 10lbs. I had a lot of water weight. I recommend that she sees a nutritionist while she's pregnant. I had gestational diabetes, and controlled it solely with diet. Which is what I credit to the weight loss. I was eating 3 meals a day with 3 snacks after each meal. I had 2 carb choices at each meal (15g ea) and 1 at snack time paired with a protein. I LOVED apples and cheese as a snack, and usually my lunch would be a LARGE salad. Seriously, I ate it from a mixing bowl. I ate based on the measurements the nutritionist gave me at first, then I began a little tweaking to compensate for cravings and "treat" dinners, and the fact that she had me eating so much I couldn't keep up.

The weight loss for me was secondary. I really was just trying to control my GD. My problem with my weight is that I don't eat enough. Odd as that sounds. I usually skip breakfast and lunch. Eat a small dinner and have a snack before bed. I don't keep my metabolism going. I think the constant snacking and the added energy to create and sustain the baby is what enabled the weight loss.

I believe they've changed their policy on that, and no longer recommend pregnant or nursing moms to use the program.

BUT, I do think that if he and Samburg leave, and Loren knew when the season wrapped up, it's extremely shitty on SNL's part to make a show of Kristen leaving and do nothing for Jason and Andy.

I call bullshit on that. From what I understand he's not sure yet, (my thought is he's sure, but wants to get as much $$ in his deal as possible to stay) and he and Kristen were close.

I would bet your article is down right false, or the "source" is greatly exaggerating. Nothing against you, but if there's only 1 article out there, I take it with a grain of salt. He's from my town, when he comes home, he's well known for being a nice guy. I haven't heard a person say a bad thing about him. He lit up the Christmas lights and does charity stuff. I would imagine if he's that much of a diva he would have had some incidents during other appearances.

Jason was losing it before it started. :( He went to high school with my husband, and his family lives just a couple miles down the road. I've seen his parents in the store a few times. Nice people.
