I had the pleasure of meeting Alex at a couple of Dev Meetups in San Francisco. He's an incredibly articulate and passionate guy, with a real pay-it-forward attitude.

Democratization of programming education is one of the few paramount causes of our time, and this guy gets it 100%.

I'm going to make a list of demands (awk. word?) in writing and see if can get the CEO to agree to them.

As for the douchebosses, normally I would just stay out of their path of douchestruction, but in this case I think they are actually damaging the potential for the company's long-term growth.
