This reminds me of one of the most outrageous conversations I've ever had. My ex-girlfriend had a daughter who was in third grade who she went to school with one day for a "bring your parent to school day" event. My ex came home pissed off and screaming about how all the kids and parents were laughing at her. I asked why and she was ranting and raving about how each parent had to sit in front of the class with their child as the other students asked each asked a question. One child asked her what her favorite planet was? My ex said, "the moon." She said everybody was laughing and she didn't understand why. I told her that the moon is not a planet, it's a satelite. She insisted it was a planet and started yelling at me. I said, it wasn't and that is why both I and the third graders and their parents were laughing at her. I then said, "Why didn't you just say Earth?" She said, "We haven't gone to earth." I said, "You've gone there your entire life, your living on it." She said, "No a planet is somewhere you go visit, like Mars." . . So much greatness in that one conversation.
