I was very surprised even when this first came out, and felt it was one of the first signs the Jobs was not fully engaged in the process.

This technology has gotten a lot better, but consumer expectations for a human-style voice-driven digital assistant are much higher than reality thanks to science fiction movies.

This was destined to be a failure right out of the gate, and if Jobs had his full concentration level I don't think it would have seen the light of day.

With all due respect to the OP, we have absolutely no idea whether his/her story is at all true.

This could be exactly what happened, or it could also be an ex-boyfriend trying to find out who his ex-girlfriend is dating. We don't know.

That's why this subreddit shouldn't be used to "get" anybody, because we can't know the truth and that could lead to some pretty disasterous results.
