You may be tempted to call your bad-ass fighter something like Fantasia Thundersword, which is all cool and fine, but please keep in mind that she was probably born and raised Penny Smith. Ordinary names can carry extraordinary people if the story is good.

It probably takes more time to boil a pot of water than it does to just peel it with a knife/peeler. Plus you use less water.

I can't seem to find if it says anything about the total amount of food given to the mice. If both sets of mice are open fed, this may boil down to the fact that given more time, a higher volume of food can be eaten.

I suggest a faucet filter that hooks on, or a filter pitcher that you can leave in your fridge if you prefer your water pretty cold. You can get bulk packages of filter inserts if you need to: it's mostly just coal, it won't go bad. You only have to replace them every few months, very low maintenance.

This way you can use the tap water you're already paying for, save bunches of money and waste, and your water won't taste like butts.

A rabbit I once had named Sugar used to steal things off of the coffee table. Ears would creep up, and she would grab just the edge of something--a plate, a slice of pizza, a bowl of sunflower seeds--and drag it off the edge.
