I commend you for the commitment you have made with yourself. If you are too out of shape. i suggest going out for a brisk walk that will still make you sweat. if you break out running and feel exhausted after 30 seconds, you'll feel defeated and that will make it harder to go out the next day. kudos man, get to it! Carefully, with a small knife, stick the tip in the corner where your toenail is pushing and lift the piece of nail out of the skin. Remove that piece of nail. It will hurt when you do it, but a little it later you'll feel better. (Free endorphins too, don't waste those).
