Yeah, I noticed that I hadn't gotten a physical copy of Game Informer in about five months. So, I had to go down to GameStop to tell them, the guy at the cash register told me I had to call the company to tell THEM that I want the physical copy. It took about 30 minutes of long holding periods and talking about my account information, but in the end I got a free renewed year subscription for game informer physical copies.

TL;DR: I told the people at GameStop about not getting a copy in a while, they renewed my year subscription
