yeah, tyson fights generally went one way or the other, not a lot of "close ones".

in his 58 fights, he had 6 losses, but took a nasty beating in only 4 of them. he won his 2 fights with Razor Ruddock, but they were both punishing affairs for both fighters.

almost every fight on his record is a one-sided win, so yeah, he made off with his brain more intact than a lot of fighters these days.

The idea that Tyson is this animalistic, brutal, hard-partying "Baddest Man on the Planet" type is utterly false.

True, there was a time, about between when his mentor and trainer Cus D'Amato died and his career ended, that he went wild, did drugs, and overall went a bit crazy.

But besides that, he has always been a thoughtful, soft spoken, and even very fragile person. It's truly a shame how he was taken advantage of when he was still young.

Does anyone else think that viewing every issue as a debate between two equal sides creates a false equivalency that helps people who are susceptible to partisanship ignore facts? by gwarsterin politics

Freedom to me is its own reward, whatever the implications. For example, Hendrix died at the ripe old age of 28, free as a bird. Some people shake their head at that, but I respect it. These dispensary raids are nothing short of armed robbery. They walk in there, put guns to everyone's heads, kill the plants, take all the cash on hand, and leave. Fuck the police.
