Your Los Angeles Kings just advanced to the Stanley Cup Final! by arflolin LosAngeles

I'll be honest, I am not a huge hockey fan only because I don't get much of the rules. But while I was watching the whole game - what impressed me the most was the sportsmanship at the end of the match.

Case in point, right before the winning goal - there was a vicious hit by Brown on Rozsival (I looked up the names) :)

And it seemed pretty controversial - and the goal itself seemed controversial because of some rule or another...

But forget all that - both teams lined up in the middle of the ice and shook hands - a couple of players from Coyotes were still annoyed and it's understandable. But I found that incredible.

Only other sport I've seen this in is soccer - basketball it's mostly a forgotten formality ....

I also loved the part where the King's were presented with the "West Conference Trophy" and the Captain didn't touch it or pick it up - he just left it there - and that's apparently because they don't want that trophy they want the Stanley cup!! Pretty friggin' cool.

ADHD is over-diagnosed by nanomatusin psychology

I have a 14 year old cousin. Who was bouncing off the walls. His mom was convinced he had ADHD.

They spent some time at our home not too long ago and what I saw was kind of shocking. This kid was pretty loud, rambunctiousness etc., but his mom kept on saying he is HYPER ACTIVE. And was convinced he was ADHDH.

Also side note, my cousin was overweight being 14 he weighed about 180 lbs. (and he was about 5'7). I started to notice that his diet was just horrible. He would drink about 8-10 cans of Soda everyday. I think consuming something like 300 grams of sugar or whatever that is. For example, he would go run around, sweat a bit, come home and drink a coke to quench his thirst.

Anyways, I told his mom to kind of watch his diet and cut down the coke consumption. Fast forward 6 weeks. The kid has lost 9 lbs., and all those "HYPER" moments have disappeared!!!

Pretty exciting that it happened but I wonder how many M.D.'s actually delve into a kid's diet, etc., I don't know maybe many do - but I found it amazing how it changes this guys life around.

And yes he does DRINK water now!!!
