Try looking for a local rabbit breeder on craigslist. They are pretty easy to take care of though if you can't find a breeder. It looks big enough where it may not need milk. Give it greens and you can throw a bit of carrot and berries and apples in there. Also, Timothy Hay would be great. If it does refuse those kitten milk from a pet store would work. You can give it water in a dish or a water bottle you can get in a pet store. Don't give it pellets if you are going to release it back into the wild...changing diets are hard on their systems. If you are going to release it, I wouldn't handle it very much since you want it to remain wild. If its eating all the food and generally seems healthy then it can be released once its about 6 inches or so. If you happen to be in the Pittsburgh PA area, I'll take him in for you.
