The lease starts mid July, and can be 10 or 12 month. The cost really depends on how many payments you want to make, but I know it'd be cheaper than they are offered for now. I pay $390 which is pretty dang good for how nice the place is and only having 2 bedrooms. You can even get away with paying 380 or less if you choose a different payment method, but this one worked best for me. The only other costs are heat and electric.
