This post is epic. I have to admit I'm a fan of the litany against fear when the stupid overwhelms me.

Spaghetti squash is tasty with all kinds of sauces (a garden vegetable marinara sauce would add even more veggies) and would be a good way to eat vegetables if you don't generally like them.

A lot of people I've met who don't like vegetables are just over or under cooking them.

The best advice I can give is to attempt different preparations and be open to trying your own cooking.

Doing a wilted or otherwise hot spinach salad might also be a good way to get more vegetables without that "squeaky" feeling.

I like Penn Jillette as an entertainer but I have greatly lost respect for him as I've learned more about his political stance on just about everything.

Frankly I deal with enough Ron Paul fanboys as it is. I don't need to subject myself to one that seems to think being a celebrity gives him special insight and authority. I've been told that I should be a fan of Jillette's because I'm also an atheist several times but I don't honestly see the draw outside of occasionally watching him do a magic trick.

There are some theories that state that homosexuals and their potentially more supportive role in society by not having their own genetic offspring to worry about may have played a key role in the survival of human civilization even though they aren't contributing their own genetic material to the future generation.
