Parts of the original were filmed in my hometown of Southborough. I checked it out briefly, nothing exciting.

I'd like an option to toggle the automatic collection of stackable items. Potions, pages, gems. Similarly to how gold is collected.

Deteriorated. What words are you able to type but unable to say aloud? by Sciurusdoomusin AskReddit

I'm fortunate to have lived in Worcester County. It makes saying Worcestershire really easy, but I can see how trip-ups can occur.

I just started watching Numbers on Netflix, and there's a character named Larry who only ever eats white foods like you described.

Whats your thoughts on the economy in D3 (so far)? by flashtonein Diablo

[–]LostToApathy 3 points4 points ago

In my opinion, there needs to be a high incentive to salvage items for raw materials, and effectively eliminate the volume of items in circulation. In essence, I feel like some crafted materials need to be best-in-slot items for certain builds or even whole classes.

I run it just fine on medium-high with a 5770. I'm sure either of those will work just fine.

You can show an item in chat. You don't have to drop things for others to look at them. This seems rather unknown. by breaking3poin Diablo

I believe you can hit alt to compare it to your offhand. Same goes with the other ring slot.

Pharmacists do A LOT more than put pills in a bottle and stick a label on it. That's mostly the technicians' work.

Seeking DIY music venue in Boston by Chem125in boston

A guy I know photographs shows (a lot of smaller, DIY-type bands) at all sorts of venues, small and large. His site is www.future-breed.com. Go to the Upcoming Shows tab and look at the venues there. That may give you some names of places. It's not specific but it's a start.

Can IV medications be given PO? by NotBrittnyein askscience

[–]LostToApathy 1 point2 points ago

Other IV formulations of drugs can be given through the oral route. I just finished a rotation at a hospital pharmacy and I can think of at least one example. We would dilute IV morphine sulfate with sterile water for injection to yield a concentration of 0.4mg per 1ml for oral use in Neonates.

There are other drugs whose commercially prepared oral liquid formulations contain alcohol and/or paraben-derived preservatives. These products are harmful to babies and newborns. In my compounding rotation, I made preservative-free, alcohol-free, liquid formulations of these drugs, sometimes using drugs intended for injection. Acyclovir comes to mind.

Reddit, tell me the worst pain you've ever experienced. by PrinceHerisin AskReddit

I had reconstructive knee surgery as well and passed out when I got home. Nobody woke me up so I fell way behind my pain med schedule. As I'm sure you know, it's damn near impossible to catch up once you fall behind.

I'm a pharmacy major set to graduate in 2015, on my 3rd year of 6 on my way to the doctorate of pharmacy degree.

My application was somewhat competitive. I had a 3.8 unweighted GPA through high school, and an ACT score of 34 (~2200 equivalent for the SAT). I had absolutely zero extracurricular activities in high school. I did, however, have 3 years of work in my field - pharmacy. Pharmacy's a lot harder to get into than Northeastern itself.

I've had professors who genuinely have a passion for teaching and will sit with you for hours in their office just to see you succeed. I've also had foreign professors who seemed like they couldn't give a damn. However, there's so many formal and informal review sessions held by past students that you can pass classes without understanding a word your professor says. Believe me, I've done it.

Housing's about average as far as colleges go. Housing is guaranteed AND REQUIRED for both Freshmen and Sophomores (the later is a recent change). I've had zero problem getting a lottery number for housing in my 3 years here. I only know of one person currently who had to move off-campus because they weren't afforded a number.

Apply for what you want to major in. My best advice is to avoid all the red tape Northeastern is notorious for. (We call it the NU Shuffle - where they shuffle you around to different people that have zero idea of what to do) You can request an interview with admissions if you'd like to make yourself more known than the pieces of paper you send in.

There's tons to do on campus. I help lead the student section for the men's hockey team. There's tons of great food, shopping, an e-sports club that meets to watch Starcraft and play games. There's Symphony Hall down the street if that tickles your fancy. Cambridge is a 15 minute trip via the T (which is pretty good as far as public transportation goes, if you ask me). As far as concerts, we've got the House of Blues down the street, the Middle East club in Cambridge, the Paradise out by BU, I can go on and on. I assure you if there's nothing you want to ON campus, you can find something within earshot of campus.

I had federally-funded work-study my Freshman year where I worked in the Pharmacy Care Laboratory where I helped assist professors in the lab for 5th year students. I met tons of upperclassmen who I still keep in touch with. It looks great on my resume, and the schedule was so flexible. They knew school came first, and I was able to work around my busy schedule that year. I can't really speak for off-campus jobs; but there's so many retail stores and food places around that I'm sure you could find a job.

I'm on co-op right now, where I float between three hospitals as a pharmacy intern. My first co-op was compounding, where I made specialized medication for people with individual needs. My third co-op will be in retail. All of the co-op advisers (and you will be assigned one) are AWESOME and really use their reputation and connections to get you the best jobs possible. You upload your resume to the NEU COOL website, and select jobs from a list of hundreds (more, depending on major). Your resume is sent automatically and you wait for calls. My first employer called me the very same day resumes were sent out, and I had an interview the next week. These companies love co-op students and eagerly wait for the new batch to arrive each semester.

If there's anything else, please let me know!
