I dont really have too much experience with this type of situation, but under-powering anything can cause all kinds of trouble and instabilities. I do know that most of your power draw will usually come during start up of the machine.

If your video card says is needs 500, treat that as the bare minimum, The PSU you have there is too small in my opinion. I do like corsair, but go for a 650 or higher, too much available power never hurt anyone, and if you can, get a modular PSU.

As far as the mouse goes, if you want a Logitech G-series, get the 500 instead, your hand will thank you

its a really simple design, I like it. but your entrance is really cluttered, I would change out the laundry room door for a slider.

The living space may be a little on the small side, being a geek the first thing I looked at was "Where does the TV go?"

Is there actually 2 staircases, one on the north and one on the south? does your code require two seperate means of egress? because they otherwise they are clearly redudnant.

It would be re-assuring to see some provision for the Mechanical distribution to the units, ventilation especially takes up a lot of space, and can't just be run through the walls.
