I'm sure there are still people out there that oppose Mj because they haven't ever experienced it or been around it. Well, marijuana is illegal too, which should say something about how effective humans are at making laws. I don't follow laws blindly, I like to question the logic behind them, perhaps you could explain to me why cheating is the act of a criminal. I think "ass hole" is a more fitting title than criminal (I'm open to being persuaded).

I'd bet that adultery laws came to exist significantly because the people who make laws (fallible humans like you and me) were just as afraid of being cheated on as any other person is.

Anyway, I'm not saying it's okay to cheat. But, the authorities have no business intervening.

So, if they think they can be happier with someone else then no one should be able to make them do otherwise. The cheater should be mature about it though, break up before cheating.
