It was not open to the public and the risk was minimal considering the hype and the fact that they sold it days before going public shows that they knew that the stock was overpriced. This is not capitalism. I don't have an issue with Facebook engineers making a profit...Goldman Sachs and their clientele is another matter.

i just heard it on NPR. Goldman Sachs and their investors made out like bandits. Many of them sold their shares before they company went fully public.
