Wow. You have a very unique case. Stomach ulcer blood is pretty much out of the question; you'd vomit that if anything, but the blood couldn't really visibly travel to your stools.

I'm guessing you've been diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Though, that condition doesn't usually cause blood. The question is, how much blood are you having? Is it enough to make the water red? Or is it just specs on the toilet paper?

Well I don't know, have you been diagnosed with something? Ulcerstive Colitis or Crohn's Disease? If you have blood, then it's probably not just irritable bowel syndrome.

Yea I agree, there's just not enough time to sufficiently reveal the inner workings of both things (though I hope there is). I read in an article that this wasn't planned to be the season finale but the director had to wrap it up faster because NBC wanted them out. Though, the director said the ending is "very satisfying".
