EDIT: I am not a fan of people hacking, just noting that it is a bad idea to do anything like that. Blizzard should just keep logging things and analyzing those logs and serve some cold justice to everyone hacking. Also, Rust Storms.

You are limited to what the platform exposes. But I saw a nice demo of Unity engine running as a Native Client, so I'd say, if you want to drive WebGl from Ruby, then this allows you to do that - Yes.

Have you reported it as a bug (or checked if it was already reported?) You should check if it also lags in the view cinematics menu.

Does anyone think that you have good numbers on nuclear power?

I see a ton of problems with nukes that I haven't seen answered and it really pisses me off when people act like nukes are all safe and dandy.

Here are the two issues that nuke proponents tend to overlook most often (they often only address security, fuel costs and the chances and impact of an accident):

  • Waste storage (AFAIK there are no operational facilities able to store the fuel safely for a long time(100+ years, let alone several half-lives)
  • Plant lifetime, building cost, dismantling cost (nuclear plants take a long time to build, are very expensive, don't last that long[25-50 years]) and have to be quite expensively dismantled (or sealed)
