Yeh, if you don't notice 70k going into your account with no reason why, you're either easily rich enough to pay it back or clearly lying. The fact that the bank made a mistake is no more relevant than if you accidentally leave your bag on the bus and I take it. Taking shit that isn't yours is taking shit that isn't yours.
