I hate when airports don't have armrests because you always get assholes laying down over 3 or 4 seats when there already is limited seating forcing tons of people to sit on the floor or stand.

These are generally added as they are already renovating the building for other reasons, not just done on a whim. The extra cost of adding these in during regularly scheduled renovations is minimal.

My school made us use Pro/E but our Formula SAE team did everything in Solidworks.

Almost everything you need to do in Solidworks is covered well in either their tutorials, their online videos, the help screen or their community help forums.

The easiest way to learn is to go through the tutorials and try and model something yourself and ask for help only when you are truly stuck, not the moment you can't find a button. I'm probably one of the best CAD designers on our team and it frustrates me to no end when someone stares at something for about 30 seconds and then immediately asks me to show them what to do without trying.

Figuring something out on your own and then comparing it to the way someone else did it to see if there was a better way is going to help you learn much faster and much quicker than immediately asking for help before using the software.
