The issue is that inferno isn't hard in the sense that it is challenging, it is hard in the fact that it is broken mechanics. I feel that abilities from rare/champion affixes, boss abilities, and special attacks (the rooting attack from herald of pestilence) should all be automatic 1 hit kills, but normal attacks should at least be tuned down a bit because right now it is just impossible to progress without good gear no matter how efficiently you use your character.
