As someone who use to manage a truck accessory store, I dealt with this crap all the time. Didn't bother me any because they spent so much money on everything that was chrome. Chrome door edge molding. Basically, if it was made and we could make it fit and it was chrome then they bought it. Also, air horns.... think Dukes of Hazzard.

See Cuban/Puerto Rican/Mexican come in with a $1000 vehicle. Leave with $2,500+ of accessories on it.

I got pulled when I was 17, 10 minutes after downing 3 beers in 20 minutes and I blew a 0.033. I was 163 lbs. I've drank 15 in 3 hours at a club and ended up getting pulled and passed the field sobriety test. I blew a 0.1 then. Same weight.

I've had a high tolerance from the first time I ever drank. No idea why other than some genetic thing or something.

They are a cross between an African Serval and a domestic cat. F1's are 1st gen cats and resemble the Serval the most. They typically will only be friendly and loyal to the owner. Anyone else could be attacked. Not a family pet. F2 is a little smaller, but slightly friendlier, but still not really a family pet. F3's can be good as a family pet, but depends as a percentage are still as aggressive as some F2s. F4 and F5 are smaller than the rest since they have more domestic blood, but are still bigger, taller and smarter than domestic cats.

They're expensive because there are only a small handful of breeders and we're talking about wild African Serval bloodlines here.

Depends on the generation. F1 Savannahs can be up to $20k+ and starting at around $12. F2's from about $4k-$9k. F3's $1k-$5k. Depends on the breeder and if you want to breed the ones you get. Those will be in the upper end of the range.
