I think... I'll be playing Guild Wars 2 over this. If anything, it's because of the game direction of the "Elder Scrolls" title.

Now if this became the "Elder Scrolls" version of EVE Online.... then I'm giving it a completely different consideration.

Open the console and click on the thing you want to get larger, a bandit for example, and type: setscale # the # being 1-10 with 10 being the maximum.
