In the books too, he has a good sense of what needs to be done but he messes it all up (imo).

iirc, you could change your whole character appearance in GW1 for $$, so I fully expect it to pop up for purchase with Gems in GW2.

Unlocking skills for heroes with pvp has been pretty easy so they aren't really an issue. I mainly just don't know what to do with the heroes I have and which skills for them I should spend my points on.

I tried that at one point but I got wrecked (as I mentioned, I'm REALLY bad at the game so a solo quest leaving me without support is hard XD). I have a newer skill build for myself now though so I'll give it another try.

EDIT: Tried it again but it didn't work out well, only beat one opponent in 3 tries. My build just isn't very good I guess.
