in the dnd campaign i'm in, we went into a bar, and started a bar fight. The inkeeper was tending to some customers and threatened to call the guards unless we paid him. So I did what any reasonable man would do and I put my axe in his head and we forged a deed saying we own the bar.

What we eventually did was roll a d20 and multiplied that by ten for what we made. We also got on the good side of a Newly sober pc that had bartender as a special skill, so we hired her.
