I think its a negative sign. In the world of private equity IPOs are WAY more valuable than acquisitions. Everyone wants to sell through an IPO rather than acquisition. Selling a part of their stake means they have lost a significant amount of confidence in it.

Ya. As much as I would like that everyone in the world is like me and puts an effort into using their phone or email to talk to their friends, it just isn't the case. So I have to use facebook to talk to them, otherwise I would be left with a very small circle of 2 or 3 close friends. Those less close friends on facebook are still important.

I won't presume to tell you that I know the answer to your question. All I know is that I have an inherent bias in thinking that an ad on a printed newspaper, especially a respectable one, is more trustworthy than anything online. But this might be because I am 23 and spent puberty on porn websites where every ad was a scam, so I was desensitized.

When he wants to juice them, he would open it like you and take out all the pieces by themselves and then juice them. Its more work, but it makes a big difference in taste. You don't get any of the bitterness from the yellow stuff.

There are many characters that I dislike, but that I enjoy reading about through their POV. Notably Catelyn and Cersei.

But I dislike reading about Bran, Daenerys, and Victarion. Bran is simply a boring character. Victarion could have easily been left out of the story along with his brother. Danerys is an important character, but she is extremely boring to read about and her personality is too simple. I would prefer that her whole plotline be read from the POV of Selmy, Jorah, maybe the slave girls, even Fat Belwas.

Also, after Quentyn died I was angry that we were forced to read his few chapters. They were pointless. GM could have just added a sentence in the inevitable Dorne and Danerys discussion, about how he had sent his son to marry her but he died.

I used to order groceries from a supermarket (Genaurdis) that put in big bold letters on the receipt that the driver/delivery person is not allowed to accept a tip from you under any circumstances.

I liked that place. And they had awesome service too. So the tipping encouraging better service argument is bullshit. It is just about reducing costs for the corporation.
