I am in the same boat as you. I think the advice shared on /r/NoFap goes for anyone, regardless of them being religious or not. Myself, I see fapping as unfair to my girlfriend, as we prepare to enter marriage. I see fapping as a sin not just because my religion says so, but because I know how destructive it can be. For you and I, and many others who believe the same thing, God gave us the ability to procreate for two reasons: to procreate, and to show our love to our spouse.

Is this no fap path easy? No, but I choose to believe we can draw on our faith and pray for strength to overcome this habit/addiction and strive for a cleaner life.
