Lol, 16 and in high school and depressed i was bound to take something. But bike riding is completly in my range of exercise but it will hurt more then anything because im alone with noting on my mind so my mind wanders

Yea im a sophomore in high school and the counselors are total shit i tried to talk to them and i swear she mustve forged a document letting her be one because she would repeat one thing "i cant help you, you must help yourself first" im sitting there like bitch i cant help myself or if i could i wouldnt be here. But any sport with heavy running im kinda hurt myself trying to do football,soccer,track, cross country, etc etc. You get the idea. I doubt it would help any tho. I have social anxiety like i can be the funniest person you know but in person i stutter and misplace my words and use wrong words at wrong time then i feel awkward and stupid and want to quit meeting people i tried a vyvanse from a friend one and he said it would fix social anxiety and for the breif 12 hours i was so happy people wanted to talk to me i was talking to random people because i felt like i can and could. I want to see a doc and get prescibed that but dont want to bring it up with my mom and she saying im faking or just saying no get over it

I liked to play soccer but my conditions i have made it hard (pectus excavatum i beleive is how its spelled) i cant breathe at all after so long and i have a severe case of it. I try and gain weight but that elludes me quite often for some reason im 16 and 5'8 and only weigh 110 pounds??? Which really hurts my self esteem which makes me sadder. A fucked up cycle, i get sad when i look at myself or my arms or anything on me. But recently i got some money and got a xbox so i could make some friends online and im actually really good im ranked 98th in the world on call of duty black ops which makes me smile and i always hang onto as a title so i dont feel like a complete fuck up. But gaming is my "safe haven" so to speak it lets me forget the world while i am doing it but its just temp problem fixer when im home alone like always and the games have gotten boring and reptitive my mind wanders and lately its been wandering even while im playing the game so i have no "safe haven" no more and no trust-worthy friends to talk to.

There was one person but she started to ignore me, I see people say they don't do it because of family but I have no family that cares. In all honesty if I die its probably unlikely that anyone will remember me

A tree truck had fallen over and made a hole in the ground and then a bunch of twigs and stuff got in the way of the exit to where the puppies couldnt get out but the mom could. Its in a forest close to my house

I'm guessing they are 6-7 weeks old idk they are teething and have some claws. I found them stuck hiding under a tree and their momma hadnt 't been around i took them and going to find homes for them, but they are sooooo adorable its taking everything i have not to keep them <3
