This has been debated for ages. Aside from blow jobs you have to think of something that is as universally accepted as flowers. Beer is always a good one, however as you said he didn't really find that special. You could give him the blow job, but he can't really put that on his desk at work. You don't need to make a huge deal out of it. Surprise him when he comes home from work with dinner. My personal favorite is to order something like a few DVDs from Amazon or some shit he likes and have it delivered to his work. People love getting fucking packages, and people love getting packages more when they aren't expecting them and they have something awesome inside.

This isn't really the drivers fault. But god dammit I need to vent. When I'm trying to turn right on a yellow light, the don't walk hand has been blinking for 30 seconds, and some jackass walks across the street causing me and everyone else to miss the light.
