Hey, thanks for the AMA! What do you like to do on your downtime? Do you have a suitable lounge that you and your fellow co-workers set up? I remember in my high school I snuck down to the basement with a bunch of friends and we saw there lounge with a pool table and TVs and a bunch of other cool shit by the boiler room. Any luxuries ? I had a chemistry teacher that was the epitome of awkward, ugly and anger management. First off, he would always scream at students during the lab, it would literally make me fear fucking up in the class due to the berating he would give you at the top of his lungs, he would always wear tight polo shirts tucked into his pants, and his nipples would ALWAYS BE HARD. I literally mean always, you could see them sticking out of his shirt 24/7.

Now that's not the worst, he would stand in front of the class lecturing, and would also rub his nipples with his hands, and he would keep going and going. With his pointer finger he would make small circular motions around his nipples.

Higher up, near my diaphragm/ rib cage. I ran my two mile in 13:30, started feeling a cramp and instead I threw up the entire last lap, it was a sight to see but I kept going. Did a 5 mile run this morning and towards the end got the cramp again, right side right under my ribs, felt like throwing up momentarily and then it passed and I finished quickly afterward. I'm used to getting them now, they just make me dislike running hard.
