Yup. The guy without the bat in the original picture is wearing a shirt that says "Aστυνομία" which means police in Greek. The red and blue sign in the background is from a bank called Eurobank and the phone number in the sign above the cop's head starts with 210, which is the area code for the majority of Athens (the 21 bit is Athens, the 0 depends on the subscriber number). The phone number, itself, is of the Golden Star Ferries agency, but the bit of red you see is part of the logo of a ferry company (Minoan Lines according to nanker - thank you!).

Edit: Also, the water bottles on the ground are a very distinct blue, which is of the water company Vikos (check the smallest one). Sorry if that was a bit of an overkill.
