I think he's saying that most people on welfare spend money on non-necessities, when it should be spent on properly bringing up their children instead of manicures.

I have neutral feelings for it (I'm a high school student now)

My High School is on a downhill slope at the moment and it doesn't seem like the teachers care. But I don't really care as long as it doesn't effect my learning.

I do get bullied a bit and I like it a lot of the time as funny as it sounds. There's a whole clique that has taken it upon themselves to call me a "fucking ugly cunt" and call me pigeon, because apparently I look like one

That sucks dude. I'm thinking about faking a home pass for my school, it's just a green credit card sized piece of laminated paper that says home pass on it and your name.
