My problem with mixes is that I find them too sweet. So prefer to just use a splash of mix with lime juice. Then triple sec to round off the taste so all the flavors are blended together.

Then of course you could just do this instead.

Translates to "Poorman's Steak". Simple pan fried steak topped with grilled onions and mushrooms served with fried eggs. Usually served with fries or rice but obviously left those out since it's supposed to be keto-friendly.

Decided to add an avocado salad with some tomato slices to get my veggies.
