Sweden: 18 months with 2 months each reserved for both parents + the dad gets 10 days when the baby is born. I think you get around 75-80% of your pay (there is a limit on how much you can get but it is pretty generous). A lot of companies also fill up to 90% (or more) of your pay for the first 6 months or so. We also have a maximum amount on the cost of daycare (~2-3% of your income per child). Most guys at work seems to take around 8 months of paternal leave and it is generally considered very positive.
